WOYZECK, rushing between work as a solider and a barber is tormented by poverty, jealousy and madness. The CAPTAIN played by the same actor as MARIE tells him to slow down. As he holds the strait razor to the CAPTAIN’s neck his attention is caught by the projection wall showing a live news cast of the UBUites attacking and killing KING WENCELAS. Meanwhile in the UBU studio, the audience, organized by the CARNIVAL BARKER join in the murder.
